August is already here! It is the perfect August Summer sun. Summer is literally flying by and before we know it, fall will be here. The leaves will be turning and falling to the ground. The perfect weather for some great beach weddings. We would like to congratulate Mr. Michael and Mrs. Dahlia Williams on becoming one last week. Enjoy your next chapter in life! Everyone loves a good love story. The lovely bride Christy came all the way from Ohio to do a non-traditional and fun wedding at the beach. Normally, brides want to keep their wedding dress forever, Christy had something different in mind. After the couple said their “I dos”, in her beautiful sleeveless white gown, our bride decides to go in the ocean with her wedding dress still on. We will never forget this day. Congratulations to Mr. Dustin and Mrs. Christy Campbell on saying “I do”. We wish nothing but the best for you two.

Real Weddings: Vow Renewals
One of our favorite wedding trends that will always be beautiful and never gets old are vow renewals. Every single time a couple decides to celebrate 5, 10 or even 20 years of marriage, it makes our hearts warm. When planning your vow renewal, pick our chapel or the gorgeous beach for your location. We can bring back your memories of the first day you said, “I do” and make it even more sentimental. The best part of choosing us for your vow renewal is you can turn this into a nice vacation. We are surrounded by plenty of hotels, condos, and beach houses to get away. This is the time to do things differently than what you did for your wedding. If your wedding was surrounded by over 100 people, maybe you want to make it more intimate this time and keep it just between you two. Or a few close family and friends. If you had a small wedding or no wedding at all the first time, invite a crowd and use our reception hall afterwards to keep the fun going. When it comes to your wedding, you may feel the pressure to do it perfectly. But with your vow renewal, you have the luxury to do it less stressful this time. If you ever considered to renew your vows or cannot makeup your mind on how you want to do it, let us help you decide. That is exactly what the Williams did. On last week, Mr. Damian and Mrs. Lawanda Young came all the way from Irmo, South Carolina to renew their vows. The Myrtle Beach Wedding Chapel would like to say congratulations on celebrating 20 years of marriage. May you guys be blessed with many more years of love. Let us help you celebrate exactly where you are in your marriage.

Our Family is Getting Bigger!

Our family here at the Myrtle Beach Wedding Chapel is growing. Meet our newsletter writer, Janice Moody. These past few weeks of newsletters, I had the pleasure of writing for the Myrtle Beach Wedding Chapel. I am happy to have joined the family. I am originally from New York but have been living in South Carolina for 15 years now. I recently graduated from the paralegal studies at Horry-Georgetown Technical College. Even though I have a love for the legal field, I always been into weddings. I have been in other people’s weddings since I was a little girl. My favorite thing to do is to binge watch Say Yes to the Dress and Four Weddings. I as well have an eye to decorate and plan. This year, I had the pleasure of doing two baby showers. I am looking forward to doing many more events. The Myrtle Beach Wedding Chapel is a great place to hold your next event. I am excited for my future here with The Myrtle Beach Wedding Chapel, LLC.
